The TW2018C-4T-4K from Towle Whitney is a duplex variable-speed booster system with integrated 100-gallon storage tank, designed to deliver consistent pressure and high efficiency in commercial water applications. Ideal for buildings with fluctuating water demands, this system alternates pump usage every 24 hours, extending equipment life and maximizing energy savings.
Built to fit through a 30-inch doorway, the TW2018C-4T-4K is compact, rugged, and engineered for long-term performance.

Each pump delivers up to 36 GPM with 60 PSI of boost. Constructed with cast iron (stainless steel available). -
Smart Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Yaskawa iQpump Micro VFDs automatically maintain set pressure while alternating lead-lag pump operation every 24 hours. -
100-Gallon Poly Storage Tank
Provides reliable water reserve, ideal for systems with inconsistent supply or backup requirements. -
NEMA 1 Control Cabinet
Optional upgrades to NEMA 4 and single-point electrical connection available. -
Field-Reversible Copper/PVC Manifolds
2" Type L copper and SCH 80 PVC, with plain end and grooved fittings provided. -
Compact Steel Frame
29" W x 42" H x 36" D. Pre-assembled with expansion tanks, valves, gauges, and disconnects. -
Two Pneumatic Expansion Tanks (PLT-5)
Each with 2-gallon capacity, rated for 125 PSI operation.
